You can sell directly within our website by creating a free account and start listing the items you wish to sell us.

Any user who wishes to sell their used or new items.

What do you charge for shipping?

Shipping is FREE. Upon acceptance of the item you wish to sell us, we will send you a shipping label free of charge.

What items can I sell to Scenfo?

Currently we buy many items. Items including electronics, books, clothing, gift cards and many more. Just submit your item and see.

What items’s can I not sell to Scenfo?

We do not buy live animals, appliances or any items that can not be shipped within a box or shipped by a car trailer.

How do I open an account with Scenfo?

You can open an account by visiting scenfo.com and clicking “your account” on the top right corner and following the steps.

Have you received my items?

When we receive your items we will notify you and process it and send out payment.

Can I change the method I receive payment?

Yes. To change your preferred payment method, while logged in to your account, choose payment in the user menu. You then can choose between cashapp, PayPal, or check to receive payment.

What forms of payment do you pay?

We issue payments via cashapp, PayPal, or check.

Can I cancel my submission?

You can cancel your submission anytime. Please cancel it before you decide to ship out your items. Or you will be liable for shipping costs incurred.

How long will it take to receive payment?

You can receive payment as quick as 2 days depending on how long your item takes to reach us and the payment method you choose. Typical payout periods are 2-10 days.

Can I receive bitcoin as a form of payment?

Currently we are not issuing bitcoin as a form of payment.

Will my items be shipped to you for free?

Yes, We cover all shipping and insurance for all items shipped to us.

How long will it take for you to get my items?

On average it takes 2-5 days to receive your item.

Is my item insured while in transit?

Yes we do insure all items we have sent to us.

My package appears to be lost in transit. What should i do?

Please contact us so we can contact the shipping courier for further details and issue you a refund.

Will I still receive payment if my item gets lost in the mail?

Yes, We will still honor our agreed price.

How long is my price locked in for, when selling to Scenfo?

Your price will be locked in for 7 days.

How do you offer pricing for volume selling?

For users looking to sell many items we will evaluate each item and give you a fair offer for what we think your items are worth.

Do you buy items internationally?

At this time we are not buying any items internationally. We solely operate within the 48 contiguous states. We do not currently accept items from Hawaii and Alaska.

Are there any risks?

There is no risk when selling to us, cancel anytime before you ship your item.
